New York, Aug. 21 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $300 million three-year floating-rate notes Thursday at par to yield three-month Libor plus 65 basis points, an informed source said.
The medium-term notes have interest paid quarterly.
Goldman Sachs & Co. was the agent.
The financial services company is based in San Francisco.
