Omaha, May 21 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $600 million 4% three-year medium-term notes on Tuesday to yield Treasuries plus 146 basis points, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes priced at 99.814 to yield 4.066%.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. was the agent.
The financial services company is based in San Francisco.
