Tacoma, Wash., April 30 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $5.46 million of 0% participation securities with partial principal protection due April 5, 2013 linked to the S&P Global Infrastructure index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The index is a modified market capitalization-weighted index designed to provide liquid exposure to 75 publicly listed infrastructure companies in both developed and emerging markets.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 125% of any index gain. If the index declines by up to 15%, the payout will be par. Investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.
