New York, March 18 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $3.3 million of step-up callable notes due March 6, 2031, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The coupon will be 5.35%, stepping up to 5.6% on March 6, 2027 and stepping up to 6% on March 6, 2029.
The notes are callable starting on Sept. 6, 2025 and on any subsequent semiannual call date.
