Chicago, Sept. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $500,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due Sept. 19, 2024 linked to the common stocks of Palo Alto Networks, Inc. and Wells Fargo & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the final share price of each stock is greater than or equal to 60% of its initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par plus 21.75%. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser performing stock declines beyond 40%.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
