New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $700,000 autocallable jump securities linked to three stocks

Chicago, Jan. 24 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $700,000 of jump securities with autocallable feature due April 24, 2025 linked to the worst performing of the common stocks of Amazon.com, Inc., Uber Technologies, Inc. and Wells Fargo & Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The securities will be called automatically starting April 25, 2023 at a price to give a return of 36% per year if the price of each underlying stock is greater than or equal to its initial price on any quarterly call determination date.

At maturity the payout will be par plus 108% if the worst performing stock finishes above its initial level.

If the worst performer decline but finishes above 60% of its initial level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing index.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
