New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $5.95 million step-up callable notes with 4% initial rate

Columbus, Ohio, June 15 – Wells Fargo & Co. priced $5.95 million of step-up callable notes due Dec. 15, 2027, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The interest rate is 4% initially, stepping up to 5.25% on June 15, 2026 and to 6.5% on June 15, 2024. Interest is payable semiannually.

The notes will be callable at par semiannually starting Dec. 15, 2023.

The payout at maturity will be par.
