New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $100 million five-year floaters at Libor plus 30 bps

Omaha, Oct. 24 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $100 million of five-year floating-rate medium-term notes (Aa1/AA+) on Wednesday at par to yield three-month Libor plus 30 basis points, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
Bear Stearns & Co. was the bookrunner.
The bank is based in San Francisco.
