New Issue: Wells Fargo prices $3 billion 5.25% five-year notes at Treasuries plus 95 bps

Omaha, Oct. 16 - Wells Fargo & Co. priced $3 billion of 5.25% five-year senior holding company notes on Tuesday to yield Treasuries plus 95 basis points, an informed source said.
The non-callable notes (Aa1/AA+/AA) were priced at 99.887 to yield 5.276%.
Bookrunners were Goldman, Sachs & Co., Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Credit Suisse.
