New Issue: Wells Fargo sells $1.58 million leveraged market-linked notes on S&P, Dow

Chicago, April 15 – Wells Fargo Finance LLC priced $1.58 million of 0% market-linked securities – leveraged upside participation and fixed percentage buffered downside due April 14, 2025 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Wells Fargo & Co.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 170% of any gain in the lesser performing index.

If the lesser performing index falls but not beyond 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline in the lesser performing index beyond 10%.
