Chicago, Feb. 26 – Wells Fargo Finance LLC priced $138,000 of 0% market-linked securities due Feb. 4, 2025 – leveraged upside participation with contingent absolute return and contingent downside linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will be guaranteed by Wells Fargo & Co.
If each index finishes above its initial level, the payout will be par plus 135% of the gain of the lesser performing index.
If either index falls by up to 30%, the payout will be par plus the absolute value of the return of the lesser performing index.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing index from its initial level.
