Weir Group talks dollar five-year sustainability-linked notes to yield Treasuries plus 162.5 bps area

Concord, N.H., May 6 – Weir Group plc plans to price a dollar-denominated offering of five-year sustainability-linked notes, according to an informed source on Thursday.

The notes due May 13, 2026 were talked at Treasuries plus 162.5 basis points area.

Goldman Sachs, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, Mizuho and Wells Fargo Securities are the bookrunners.

The multinational engineering company is headquartered in Glasgow.
