Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 9 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1 million of 9% yield notes with contingent digital payment due Dec. 31, 2018 linked to the common stock of Weight Watchers International, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 1% unless the shares finish below the $72.03 strike value, in which case investors will receive par unless the shares have closed below the 66.4584% trigger level on any day during the life of the notes. If the shares have closed below the trigger level on any day and finish below their strike value, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
