WEA Finance intends to price 10-year notes in private deal

New York, Sept. 24 - WEA Finance LLC, a unit of Westfield Holdings Ltd., is selling 10-year notes on Monday, a market source said.

The notes (A2/A-/) are being priced under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

The unit of retail property owner and operator Westfield Group is based in Sydney, Australia.
