New Issue: WEA Finance prices $1.1 billion 7.125% 10-year notes at Treasuries plus 375 bps

Omaha, April 10 - WEA Finance priced $1.1 billion of 7.125% 10-year senior notes Wednesday to yield Treasuries plus 375 basis points, according to a market source and a news release from the company.

The Rule 144A issue priced at 99.22.

Bookrunners were Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc.

Proceeds will be used to repay borrowings under the company's revolving credit facilities.

The unit of retail property company Westfield Group is based in Sydney, Australia.
