WCI Communities files $1 billion shelf
New York, May 11 - WCI Communities, Inc. filed a $1 billion shelf in an S-3 registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission Wednesday.
The shelf covers debt securities, preferred stock and common stock. Securities may be issued as convertibles.
WCI, a Bonita Springs, Fla., homebuilder, will use proceeds for general corporate purposes.
