By Lisa Kerner

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 5 - Carl C. Icahn affiliates sold 6,096,175 shares of WCI Communities, Inc. for $0.02, or $0.000000003 per share, in a privately negotiated transaction on Dec. 4, according to a schedule 13D/A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investors, other than Ichan, no longer beneficially own any shares of WCI, the filing said.
