WCA Waste shareholder sells 482,000 shares, cuts interest to 3.6%

Charlotte, N.C., Oct. 23 - Joseph E. LoConti sold 482,000 shares of WCA Waste Corp. on Oct. 16 for $4.00 per share in a privately negotiated transaction, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

LoConti beneficially owns 589,384 shares, or 3.6%, of the company's outstanding stock.

WCA Waste is a Houston-based provider of non-hazardous solid waste collection, transfer, processing and disposal services.
