Wayne State University calls $105.55 million of 1999 revenue bonds

Milwaukee, Oct. 16 – The Board of Governors of Wayne State University announced that it will redeem a total of $105.55 million of its general revenue bonds, series 1999, on Nov. 16.

The bonds will redeemed at 101 with accrued interest up to the redemption date.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee or agent.

Affected are the following bonds:

• $3.41 million of 5.5% bonds due 2010;

• $3.59 million of 5.375% bonds due 2011;

• $3.785 million of 5.375% bonds due 2012;

• $3.55 million of 5.375% bonds due 2013;

• $3.745 million of 5.375% bonds due 2014;

• $3.955 million of 5.375% bonds due 2015;

• $18.075 million of 5.25% bonds due 2019;

• $65.44 million of 5.125% bonds due 2029.
