S&P rates Wayne State, Mich., general revenue bonds AA-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an AA- rating to Wayne State University Board of Governors, Mich.'s $176.8 million of general revenue refunding bonds, series 2008, issued for Wayne State University.

S&P also said it affirmed the AA- underlying rating on various outstanding general revenue bonds issued for the university.

The outlook is stable.
