Wayne County, Mich., prepares $173.2 million of tax revenue notes

New York, June 14 – Wayne County, Mich., is set to price $173.2 million of series 2016 general obligation taxable tax revenue notes, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (/SP-1) will be sold through senior manager BofA Merrill Lynch.

The notes are due Dec. 1, 2018.

Proceeds will be used to fund in whole or part a delinquent revolving tax fund.
