Wayne County, Mich., to price $103.5 million in G.O. notes Wednesday

New York, June 8 - Wayne County in Michigan is set to price $103.5 million in series 2009B general obligation limited tax notes on Wednesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (/SP-1+/) will be sold competitively with Municipal Financial Consultants Inc. as the financial adviser.

The notes are due Dec. 1, 2009 and June 1, 2010.

Proceeds will be used to partially fund the county's revolving fund.

The county seat of Wayne County is Detroit.
