Wave Systems files $25 million shelf registration

Columbus, Ohio, March 20 - Wave Systems Corp. registered to sell up to $25 million of securities in an S-3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The registration covers class A common stock, preferred stock, warrant and units. Securities may be structured as convertibles.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Based in Lee, Mass., Wave produces digital security products for hardware-based computing platforms.
