Waste Services to start roadshow Friday for $160 million 10-year notes

St. Louis, April 15 - Waste Services Inc. will start a roadshow on Friday for a $160 million offering of 10-year notes (B-), according to an informed source.

Pricing is expected to take place on April 23.

Lehman Brothers will run the books. CIBC World Markets is a co-manager.

The notes will come with five years of call protection.

Proceeds along with borrowings under a planned new $160 million credit facility and a private equity placement will be used to repay the company's existing credit facilities and fund its previously announced acquisitions in Florida.

The prospective issuer is an integrated solid waste services company based in Burlington, Ont.
