Waste Management to price senior notes via three bookrunners

Tupelo, Miss., Oct. 30 – Waste Management, Inc. intends to sell an offering of senior notes, according to a 424B3 filing on Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC are the bookrunners.

The notes will have a par call and a 101% change-of-control put.

Proceeds will be used to redeem the company’s $590 million of 6.1% senior notes due 2018.

Waste Management is a waste management environmental services company based in Houston.
