Moody's: Waste Management unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said it said that Waste Management, Inc.'s announcement that it priced $800 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes, consisting of $350 million of 6.375% due March 11, 2015 and $450 million of 7.375% due March 11, 2019, does not affect Moody's debt ratings for the company.

The last rating action was on Oct. 14 when Moody's said it confirmed the Baa3 senior unsecured rating of Waste Management upon the announcement that it had abandoned its attempt to acquire Republic Services, Inc.
