Waste Connections offers senior notes due 2030 via four bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Jan. 21 – Waste Connections, Inc. is planning to price senior notes due 2030, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call initially and then are callable at par.

BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, MUFG and Wells Fargo Securities LLC are the bookrunners. CIBC Capital Markets and PNC Capital Markets LLC are the co-managers.

Proceeds will be used to repay revolving credit facility borrowings and for general corporate purposes.

The natural gas transmission and production company is based in Houston.
