New Issue: Waste Connections sells $500 million 4.25% 10-year notes at 105 bps over Treasuries

Tupelo, Miss., Nov. 6 – Waste Connections, Inc. sold $500 million 4.25% 10-year senior notes (Baa2/BBB+/BBB+) on Tuesday at a spread of 105 basis points over Treasuries, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes priced at 99.852 to yield 4.268%.
BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, MUFG and Wells Fargo Securities LLC were the bookrunners.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The natural gas transmission and production company is based in Houston.
