Washoe County, Nev., schools to sell $55 million G.O. bonds March 5

New York, Feb. 28 - Washoe County School District in Nevada intends to price $55 million in series 2008A general obligation school improvement bonds on March 5, a preliminary official statement said.

The bonds will be sold on a competitive basis and are due in a serial structure from 2009 to 2028.

The offering settles March 20, the official statement said.

The district will use the proceeds to acquire, construct, equip and improve schools.
