New Issue: Washoe County, Nev., brings $165 million of fuel tax revenue bonds

New York, March 27 - Washoe County, Nev., priced $165 million of series 2013 highway fuel tax revenue bonds, according to a pricing sheet. The deal was upsized from $150 million.

The bonds (A1/A+/) were sold through RBC Capital Markets LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC.

The bonds are due 2018 to 2033 with term bonds due in 2038 and 2043. The serial bonds have 5% coupons. The 2038 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 106.18, and the 2043 bonds have a 5% coupon priced at 105.382.

Proceeds will be used to finance the costs of highway and streets for the Regional Transportation Commission of Washoe County.
