Washington Township Health Care, Calif., prepares $145.5 million G.O.s

New York, Oct. 27 – The Washington Township Health Care District of California is set to price $145.5 million of election of 2012 series 2015B general obligation bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa3) will be sold on a negotiated basis with BofA Merrill Lynch as the underwriter.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to expand and improve the district’s emergency and intensive care departments, as well as other facilities.
