Washington Township Health Care, Calif., to price $55 million bonds

New York, Nov. 9 - The Washington Township Health Care District in California plans to price $55 million in series 2009A revenue bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (A3) will be sold through senior manager Merrill Lynch & Co.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to construct, renovate, improve and acquire health facilities operated by the district.
