Washington Housing Finance plans to sell $62.63 million housing bonds

New York, Feb. 25 - The Washington Housing Finance Commission plans to price $62,625,000 of series 2013 single-family program bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The offering includes $21.43 million of series 2013-1A-R AMT bonds, $39,455,000 of series 2013-1N non-AMT bonds and $1.74 million of series 2013-1N-R non-AMT bonds.

The bonds (Aaa) will be sold through RBC Capital Markets LLC.

Proceeds will be used to finance mortgage loans for qualified Washington State residents.
