Washington Health Care to convert its 2006E auction-rate bonds

New York, Feb. 21 - The Washington Health Care Facilities Authority is gearing up to convert its 2006E auction-rate revenue bonds to a fixed-rate mode because of troubles in the auction-rate market.

The authority plans to convert the bonds, which were sold on behalf of Providence Services and Health, on April 18, a statement said Thursday.
