S&P: Washington Gas unchanged

Standard & Poor's said the settlement agreement between Washington Gas Light Co. (AA-/stable/A-1) and the Virginia State Corporation Commission is positive for the company and its parent WGL Holdings Inc. but will not affect ratings.

The outlook on the two companies was recently changed to stable from negative in anticipation of the settlement, according to the agency.
