Fitch rates Want Want notes A-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Want Want China Finance Ltd.'s senior unsecured $600 million 1.875% notes a final rating of A-.

Want Want China Holdings Ltd. irrevocably and unconditionally guarantees the notes.

Fitch said the notes are rated at the same level as Want Want's senior unsecured rating A-, as the notes represent direct, unconditional, unsecured and unsubordinated obligations of the company.
