S&P: Walter Investment to negative

S&P said it revised its outlook on Walter Investment Management Corp. to negative from stable and affirmed its B+ issuer credit rating.

"The outlook revision follows Walter's declining tangible equity and our evolving view that Walter Capital Opportunity Corp. (WCO) will play a more limited role in Walter's future business and financial strategy," S&P credit analyst Stephen Lynch said in a news release.
