S&P rates Walt Disney Family Museum, Calif., debt A+

Standard & Poor's said it assigned an A+ rating to the California Infrastructure and Economic Development Bank's $58.6 million credit assessment, issued on behalf of the Walt Disney Family Museum LLC.

The bonds are guaranteed by the Walt and Lilly Disney Foundation.

The outlook is stable.
