New Issue: JPMorgan prices $525,000 contingent interest autocallables tied to three stocks

By Susanna Moon

Chicago, Oct. 17 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $525,000 autocallable contingent interest notes due Oct. 17, 2018 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of Walt Disney Co. and Lockheed Martin Corp. and the class B common stock of NIKE, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 8.7% if each stock closes at or above its 60% coupon barrier on the review date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly review date other than the final review date.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the final coupon unless any stock finishes below its 60% trigger level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing stock.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.
