Moody's gives Disney loan A2

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned an A2 rating to Walt Disney Co.'s proposed revolving credit facility.

The new $2.25 billion revolving credit facility expiring in 2013 will provide a backstop to Walt Disney's commercial paper program and replace the company's existing credit facility that matures in February 2010.

Walt Disney has an A2 senior unsecured rating.
