Buffalo, N.Y., Sept. 2 – Barclays Bank plc priced $700,000 of 12% barrier fixed coupon notes due Aug. 30, 2024 linked to the stocks of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., Walt Disney Co. and Alphabet Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly
The payout at maturity will be par unless any stock finishes below the 70% barrier level, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the least performing stock from the initial level.
Barclays is the underwriter.
