New Issue: Barclays sells $4.05 million capped notes linked to Exxon, TJX, Disney basket

New York, Sept. 28 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4.05 million of 0% capped notes due Sept. 30, 2022 linked to an equally weighted basket of the common stocks of Exxon Mobil Corp., the TJX Cos., Inc. and the Walt Disney Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus double any basket gain, capped at par plus 41.85%.
If the basket falls, investors will be fully exposed to any losses of the basket.
