New Issue: Citigroup prices $500,000 barrier securities linked to three stocks

Columbus, Ohio, April 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $500,000 of 0% barrier securities due March 28, 2023 linked to the worst performing of the common stocks of Apple Inc., Amazon.com, Inc. and Walt Disney Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 5 times the worst performing stock if all three underliers finish above their initial level, capped at par plus 75%.
If the worst performer declines, but not more than 20%, the payout at maturity will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing stock.
