S&P upgrades Wall Street Systems outlook

Standard & Poor's said it revised the outlook on Wall Street Systems Holdings Inc. to positive from stable.

The agency said it also affirmed the B corporate credit rating on the company.

"The outlook revision reflects Wall Street Systems' profitability improvement and de-leveraging over the past year and our expectation that its focus on recurring revenues could improve revenue visibility," said S&P credit analyst Christian Frank in a news release.
