Moody's: Express Scripts unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said news that Express Scripts Inc. has filed suit against Walgreen Co., alleging that Walgreen has violated its provider agreement, does not have an immediate impact on Express Scripts' Baa3 rating or its stable outlook.
