Moody's: CVS unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said that CVS Caremark Corp. and Walgreen Co.'s joint announcement that they had reached terms under which Walgreen will continue participating in the CVS Caremark pharmacy benefit management national retail network has no immediate impact on CVS' Baa2/Prime-2 ratings or stable outlook.

The agency said it expects that the new contract will have a benign impact on CVS' earnings.
