Fitch rates Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha bonds AA-(idn)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned a national long-term rating of AA-(idn) to the proposed rupiah senior bonds of PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk., which Fitch rates AA- (idn) with a stable outlook.

The company will sell the bonds under the third tranche of its senior bond program and will be up to Rp 300 billion in size with a maturity of up to three years.

The proceeds will be used to support the company’s growth.
