New Issue: Waco Independent School, Texas, offers $99.98 million refunding bonds

New York, April 2 – The Waco Independent School District of Texas priced $99,975,000 of series 2015 unlimited tax refunding bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aaa/AAA/) were sold through Oppenheimer & Co.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2038 with 0% to 5% coupons and 0.24% to 3.38% yields.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing school building bonds for the district.
