New Issue: Wachovia upsizes $250 million in two-year floaters to $500 million

Omaha, Aug. 15 - Wachovia Corp. upsized its $250 million offering of two-year floating rate notes (Aa3/AA-) to $500 million Wednesday.
The notes priced at par with a coupon of Fed Funds open plus 30 basis points.
The original $250 million priced on Aug. 14.
The bookrunner was Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC.
