New Issue: Wachovia prices $850 million two-year notes at Libor plus 45 bps at 99.905

Omaha, Nov. 20 - Wachovia Corp. priced $850 million of two-year senior global floating-rate medium-term notes at 99.905 with a coupon of three-month Libor plus 45 bps, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

Wachovia Capital Markets LLC was the bookrunner.

Co-managers were Jackson Securities LLC and the Williams Capital Group LP.
